REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
You can order a prescription by either:

1. Telephoning between 10.00am - 12 noon or 2.00 - 4.30pm
2. Leaving a note with the receptionist
3. By post, enclosing a stamped, addressed envelope
4. Leaving a reply slip with your local pharmacist
5. Ordering repeat prescriptions on-line if you have registered for EMIS ACCESS(can obtain registration documents for this at Reception).

Please allow 48 hours' notice where possible.
